Build a workflow

A workflow starts from a trigger — a form submission, or a record added to a list — and runs the blocks connected after it. Drag between block ports to connect them; the toolbar shelf is where new blocks come from.

• If splits the run into a True and a False path from one block.
• Send email opens the house composer, variables and all.
• Approval pauses the run until a person approves or rejects it.

Workflows edit as a Draft and take effect when you publish to Live, so a half-built flow never fires.
