What counts as a workspace?

One program, with its own forms, records and files. Running several that shouldn’t share data — different grants, sites or partners — means one each.

Is Free really free?

Yes. No card, no trial clock. One workspace, 3 forms and 200 responses a month.

Do you charge per person?

Never. Every plan includes unlimited seats — you pay for workspaces, not headcount.

What if I go over my response limit?

Nothing breaks. Your forms keep collecting, we let you know, and you move up when it suits you.

What does paying yearly save?

2 months. A year costs ten months' worth. That’s $138 off Team, $298 off Network.

Can I change or cancel?

Any time, from Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply at once; cancellations run to the end of the period you’ve paid for.

What does “Soon” mean?

Committed, not shipped. It’s listed on the plan it will belong to, and it stays switched off in the app until it’s real.

How is my data kept safe?

Encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily. Payments run through Stripe, so we never see card details.
