Where responses go
Every response is a row on Results and a record you can work from.
A response is not a row in an inbox you export and forget. Each respondent becomes a record in your workspace, attached to everything they submitted — so the follow-up (email, sequences, notes, files) happens on the same object the form created.
The Results tab
- Completed and Partial chips split responses by state, with live counts on each.
- Partial responses show what matters for chasing: last activity, progress, and any email captured so far.
- Views, filters, sorting and grouping work here the same way they do on every other table in Matiks.
Records and lists
The records the form creates live under Records, where you can add attributes, build lists around a process, and enrol people into sequences. Deleting a response does not silently delete work you did on the record.
