Fill a PDF from form answers

Upload a PDF template and map form fields onto it. Each response then produces a filled copy of the document — the respondent’s answers in the right boxes, ready to file or send.

Naming the files

The PDF file name takes variables, so a batch export names itself: a respondent’s name, a date, whatever identifies the document. Insert variables from the popover on the file name field.

Exporting

From Results, select responses and export their documents merged into one PDF or as separate files.
